I wished i'd done this sooner! The consultation with Marie was informative and eye opening - who knew Chick Peas contain Protein! I did a 12 week course with Marie and it has changed the way I think about food. I never used to eat breakfast and thought I ate a reasonable diet. Each week Marie suggested one or two changes and as they were done gradually they became sustainable. I no longer feel bloated and by introducing breakfast I no longer feel that need for something sugary in the afternoon. I have also lost half a stone without feeling as though I am restricting myself. Marie is very understanding and not judgmental, offering real long lasting solutions. I feel that I can, at last, break that diet/binge cycle.
