In this 75-minute consultation, we’ll take a thorough look at your health history, current symptoms, and daily habits. We’ll talk through your food, lifestyle, and goals to create a realistic, sustainable plan that works for you.

  • Personalised nutrition & lifestyle guidance

  • Tailored recommendations, recipes, and handouts to support your goals

  • A discussion on how best to continue with support and accountability

These sessions are 100% personalised – no one-size-fits-all advice, just the tools and strategy that fit your life.

After booking, you’ll receive:

  • Access to my app (desktop & mobile) with your own account

  • Tools to manage appointments and message me directly

  • A 4-day food diary to complete

  • A health questionnaire

  • A risk & liability form to sign before we start

Note: All forms must be completed at least 24 hours before our session so I can review them properly and make the most of our time.

After your initial session, we’ll chat about the best next steps to keep you on track.
