No quick diet fads or restrictive regimes here!! I seriously do love food, and I believe moderation is key!

I will provide you with the tools, accountability, support and motivation to get your health on track.

We will work together to form habits, that will promote long term health, balanced energy and a love of life and food!!

There is no such thing as “one size fits all” and everyone’s needs are different and each health journey is unique.

Firstly, we can jump on a free discovery call, so I can understand your health concerns and make sure I can support your needs. This session allows us to meet as well and check we are a good fit for each other. This part is important, as having a good relationship and setting expectations from both sides is vital for success!

PREMIUM 1:1 PACKAGE £150 per month*

This is the premium package, where you will receive dedicated 1:1 time with me, it will be completely bespoke to you and it includes 1:1 sessions either in person or over zoom on a monthly a monthly basis. And in between sessions you will have unlimited access to me via my portal (with a direct chat function or email).

The first month includes  an initial 90 minute in-depth consultation, and then starting from the 2nd week there will be 30 minute coaching/review sessions running every 2 weeks .

The initial consultation is where I really dig deep to get a holistic view on your health and understand your history.  This is where I get to put the pieces of the puzzle together and identify if there are any underlying drivers or triggers to the health issues or symptoms you are experiencing.  

You will leave this session with a few easy to implement actions and a more detailed plan will be presented in our first 30 minute session together.

The advice and recommendations will be driven by nutrition and lifestyle advice personalised to your health concerns, and we will continuously monitor and review these as we work together.
