    This is not a content or action heavy programme - the aim is to remove the overwhelming pressure to make big change, so you can learn how powerful the tiny ones are, and continue with those actions beyond the 12 weeks.

    • Expert Onboarding: A personal questionnaire, 7-day food diary analysis, and a 30-minute 1:1 session to set your trajectory.

    • Weekly Live Coaching: Wednesday nights (7:30–8:30 PM) for deep dives and real-time support.

    • The Nutricore Kitchen: 12 weeks of access to our in-house chef for recipes, demos, and meal planning help.

    • World-Class Guests: Live sessions with Dr Gill Shields (HRT & Medical) and Nicole Childs (Psychology & Hypnotherapy).

    • The Resource Vault: A library of recipe packs, trackers, video lessons, and worksheets.
